What is the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA)?
The RSNA is the largest international professional association in radiology and has a mission to promote excellence in patient care and health care delivery through education, research, and technological innovation. It publishes Radiology , the “gray journal,” which is the highest-impact scientific radiology journal, along with RadioGraphics for continuing medical education in radiology. Its annual meeting is held in Chicago during the last week of November or first week of December.

What is the American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS)?
The ARRS, founded in 1900, is the first and oldest radiology society in the United States and has a mission to improve health through a community committed to advancing knowledge and skills in radiology. It publishes the American Journal of Roentgenology , the “yellow journal” or AJR . Its annual meeting is held in various locations in North America in April-May.
