Bornaprine, a synthetic quaternary ammonium compound, has been used as an anticholinergic drug in treating Parkinson’s disease [ , ]. It has also been used to treat hyperhidrosis [ ]. Its adverse effects are those characteristic of the anticholinergic drugs.
