D efinition —Verruciform xanthoma is a solitary benign verrucous lesion of the vulva that contains foamy histiocytes in the lamina propria.

Clinical Features

  • Middle-aged women.

  • Solitary wartlike growth on the genital area.

  • No relationship to human papillomavirus (HPV).
