D efinition —An unusual benign adnexal tumor that exhibits both apocrine and eccrine differentiation and occurs almost exclusively in the vulva.

Clinical Features

Epidemiology

  • Uncommon.

  • Nearly always seen in postpubertal, but premenopausal, adult women.

  • More frequent in Caucasians.
