Definition

  • Neoplasms arising from the epithelial lining of the rete testis, ranging from benign (adenoma) to malignant (adenocarcinoma)

Clinical features

  • Exceedingly rare

  • Age range, 21–79 years

  • Some patients have von Hippel-Lindau disease

  • Appears as a slow-growing palpable mass

  • Benign and treated with local resection
