Clinical Features

Epidemiology

  • Serous endometrial intraepithelial carcinoma (EIC) is a rare neoplasm.

  • The vast majority of patients are postmenopausal.

  • EIC is most commonly seen in a background of endometrial atrophy and associated with endometrial polyps.
