Step-by-Step Deletion Process

1. Cancel Active Subscriptions (Important) Before requesting account deletion, ensure you have canceled any active premium subscriptions.
   • If you subscribed via iOS, go to your iPhone Settings > Your Account > Subscriptions.
   • If you subscribed via Android, open the Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions.
2. Delete Automatically: Open Clinical Tree app > Account > Edit Profile > Delete Account
3. Delete Manually: Send an email from the address associated with your Clinical Tree account to their official support team:
   • Email Address: clinicalpub.team@gmail.com
   • Subject Line: Account Deletion Request – [Your Email]
4. Include Required Information To speed up the process, include the following details in the body of the email:
   • Your full name.
   • The email address used for registration.
   • A clear statement requesting the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
5. Wait for Confirmation According to their policy, account data is typically deleted within 24 hours of subscription cancellation or upon receiving a valid request, unless legal mandates require longer retention.
